There is no service charge or processing fee for phone payments.

I approve of my child's attendance at the DCC camp and certify that she/he is in good health and able to participate in the camp. I authorize all camp affiliate personnel to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I understand that, should any emergencies arise, I will be contacted immediately. I hereby release and waive DCC camp, the director, counselors, and Dawson Community College from any and all liability.

Furthermore, I grant permission for Dawson Community College and its representatives to photograph, record, or otherwise capture images and/or video of my child during camp activities. I understand that these images may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, and other marketing materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any written or electronic copy that may be used in connection with the images.
