Lady Bucs Lose a Tough Fought Conference Battle

The Lady Bucs took on the Lady Wildcats of North Dakota State College of Science and lost in four sets with scores of 14-25, 10-25, 28-26 and 18-25.

Leading the Bucs in kills was Scarlette Schwindt with 19 followed by Brittany Kaufman with 8. Reece Fleming led the team in assists with 33. Fleming and Sierra Petesch both had 1 ace for the game. Schwindt led the team in digs with 18 followed by Fleming with 17. Leading the team in blocks were: Abi Krants and Petesch both with 2 blocks a piece followed by Alaina Woods with 1.5.

Coach Dina Fritz says, "I am proud of the way we bounced back this game. We found our confidence and regained who we are and made steps forward. They worked hard and fought for every point and battled and that is all any coach can ask for."

The Lady Bucs are back in action at home for their Pink Night versus the Bismarck State Mystics on Monday, October 2nd at 6:00 PM MST.
