On the road again for their first conference game, the Lady Bucs lose three sets to zero against Lake Region State College with scores of 17-25, 24-26, and 21-25.

Sierra Petesch had a great game leading the Bucs with 11 kills and 1.5 blocks. Alaina Woods and Scarlette Schwindt also tallied 7 kills apiece for the game. Schwindt led the team in digs with 21 followed by Lauren Rodacker with 18. Zandora Longtree led the team in aces with 2 while Reece Fleming finished with 26 assists and 2.5 blocks.

Coach Dina Fritz says, "We made a lot of unforced errors tonight. We need to clean up our side of the net to be able to compete at a higher level. We need to recover and move forward to the next day."

Dawson plays North Dakota State College of Science Wednesday, August 30 at 7 PM CST in Wahpeton North Dakota for their second conference game of the season.
