Lady Buc McKenzi Petersen has been named Mon-Dak Conference Player of the Week. This is the second time Petersen has received the honor this season Leading her team to three important conference wins last week, Petersen shot 71% from the field scoring 76 points, had 28 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals and 4 blocked shots. 

Coach Weber's comment on Petersen's Player of the Week, "Moe has been putting in extra work and that hard work is paying off. She came in Saturday night to work on her game and do extra conditioning. She was in the gym until 11:00pm. I'm happy for her to see that doing more than is required is paying off for her."

McKenzi is a 6'1 sophomore from Winnemucca, Nevada and attended Albert M Lowery High School.
