Coach Mark Weber recently announced the signing of 6'2" center Dani Ford from Houston, TX. Ford comes to Dawson from Klein Forest High School where she has been a three-year starter. She is currently averaging 12ppg and 9 rebounds per game and her team is currently 16-10.

Dani said," I chose Dawson Community College because I watched a game on livestream and it is a great atmosphere. I believe Coach Weber is building a special basketball program and I want to be a part of that."

"Dani hasn't played a ton of basketball like a lot of kids which I like because she hasn't picked up a bunch of bad habits. She is fundamentally sound and will bring a tall, athletic presence to our team next year. We are excited to add Dani to the Dawson Basketball Family," stated coach Weber.
