Tooele Pitcher Signs with Dawson Softball

The Buccaneers recently announced the signing of right handed pitcher, Allie Anderson. She will be joining the Buccaneers this upcoming Fall of 2024.

Anderson, the daughter of Chad and Nicki Anderson of Rush Valley, UT, will graduate from Tooele High School in May 2024.

During her time in high school, Anderson's team placed second in state in 2021. Academically, she has held a 3.9 GPA throughout high school. Allie is also the Vice President of her school's FFA Chapter.

"I chose Dawson because I loved the coaches and players when I met them," Anderson stated, "It is such a positive and happy environment, I am looking forward to the new adventure!"

Head softball coach, Casey-May Huff, had this to say about Anderson, "Allie will be a huge factor for us in the circle next year. She is self-driven, works hard, and wants to be the best. I love this about her, especially as a pitcher. Watching her play this summer, she always had a great attitude towards her teammates, coaches, and her family...a quality I look for in all our players!"
