The Buccaneers recently announced the signing of catcher and second baseman, Lexi Bradford. She will be joining the Buccaneers this upcoming Fall of 2024.

Bradford, the daughter of Jaime and Rand Bradford of Nibley, UT, will graduate from Ridgeline High School in May 2024.

During her time in high school, Bradford's team won the State Championship in 2022 and they were Region Champions in 2023. Academically, Lexi has been on the Honor Roll all four years of high school, which made her a part of the National Honor Society.

"I chose Dawson because I love the culture and the community involvement the team has," Bradford stated, "I love the work ethic the team puts out and I am excited to contribute to the ongoing success at Dawson!"

Head softball coach, Casey-May Huff, had this to say about Bradford, "Lexi comes from a great program and because of that I know she will work hard, both on and off the field! She has a ton of qualities that we look for in our players, which is why we knew we had to have her. I am really looking forward to working with her and I'm thankful she chose us to be a part of her journey!"
