The Buccaneers  recently announced the signing of catcher and corner, Oakley Clark. She will be joining the Buccaneers this upcoming Fall of 2024.

Clark, the daughter of Kim and Ian Clark of South Jordan, UT, will graduate from Bingham High School in May 2024.

During her time in high school, Clark received Second Team All-Region her sophomore year and Second Team All-State her junior year. Academically, Clark was on the honor roll all throughout high school.

"I chose Dawson because the softball program is highly focused on academics, as well as, training for softball," Clark stated, "The coaches really care about each individual. I know I will get to know my professors on a personal level and get the help I need in the classroom."

Head softball coach, Casey-May Huff, had this to say about Oakley, "We are excited Oakley chose to be a Lady Buc! She brings a ton of power, both in the box and behind the plate!"
