The absolute final date for anyone to get their name on the new Dawson Community College floor is Sunday March 24th at midnight. Fans, alumni, employees and anyone interested can have their names added to the border of the court as a part of the resurfacing.

Athletic Director Joe Peterson shared, "We've had a great response, but we need to close it down so that we can get the artwork done and ready for them to start work soon. I don't want anyone to miss out though so we got the deadline extended a few days."

The resurfacing process will begin immediately after graduation in May and will take a few weeks to complete. Anyone interested in being a part of this project and getting their name or their family's name on the court, can visit: https://dawsonbucs.com/sports/Gym_Floor/Floor_Design to sign up. The cost is $125 per name.
