In game 1, Both teams were strong on the hill Sunday, but Dawson defeated NDSCS 3-1. 

DCC got things moving in the first inning. Isaac Richardson grounded out, scoring one run.

Massey earned the victory on the mound for the Buccaneers. The righty surrendered one run on seven hits over seven innings, striking out 11.

Isaac Richardson, Ian Velazquez, Parker Ross, Cyrus Richardson, Wesley Taveras, and Damian Rodriguez all had one hit to lead the Bucs. 

In game 2, Dawson fell to NDSCS 4-3 on Sunday on the final play of the game. The game was tied at three with the Wildcats batting in the bottom of the seventh when Loren Jacobson singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one.

Dylan Batista was on the pitcher's mound for Dawson. The righty allowed six hits and two runs over six innings, striking out nine. Josh Wynette threw two-thirds of an inning out of the bullpen.

Dawson racked up six hits on the day. Damian Rodriguez and Wesley Taveras each managed multiple hits for the Bucs. Damian Rodriguez went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Dawson in hits.
