In this past 2017-2018 season, Dawson Community College athletics not only excelled in their sports, but also academically. Three teams were honored with national recognition.
The DCC Volleyball team was ranked #13 nationally in the NJCAA with an overall team gpa of 3.58. The Lady Buccaneers softball team and women’s basketball teams were also Honorable Mention selections. Softball had a 3.29 gpa, while women’s basketball had a 3.00 gpa.
