Freshman pitcher Shelby Martin of Dawson Community College was voted onto the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American First Team for NJCAA Division II.
Thirty-two student-athletes from 15 schools in three-member regions have garnered 2019 NFCA NJCAA Division II All-America Team recognition, the association revealed on Thursday morning.
Martin received this award as a utility player. She also was voted Mon-Dak All-Conference, NJCAA All- Region XIII, and Region XIII Tournament MVP this year. Martin had an outstanding year as demonstrated by her statistics:
