The Dawson Cross Country program has its first signee for the 2019-2020 school year in Jonah DuCharme.  This spring, Jonah will be graduating from Polson High School in Polson, Montana.  Jonah is a three time varsity letter winner for cross country and will have participated in track for three years at the end of this year.  His personal best times are 17:41 for 5k (3.1 miles) cross country, 2:21 in the 800, 4:58 in the 1600m, and 10:49 in the 3200m.  With his senior year still ahead of him, he has time to run even more personal best performances. 

Coach Sandy is pleased to have signed Jonah, “I believe with Jonah’s dedication, motivation, and desire to become a great runner, he will surpass his own expectations and develop into a great collegiate distance runner.  I am really looking forward to working with him next year.”
