Huntley Project’s Isaiah Bouchard will be attending Dawson Community College next year to play basketball and compete in track as well.  The dual sport athlete has excelled during his high school years at the Class B school.  The 6’5 210 lb Bouchard averaged 14 points, 13 rebounds and 2.5 blocks a game as a senior, helping Huntley to a 19-4 record.  He was named 1^st team All-conference and had season highs of 24 points and 23 rebounds.  As a junior, Bouchard averaged 12 points and 12 rebounds.

In track, he was a state qualifier in discus every year, finishing 5^th as a sophomore and 2^nd as a junior.

Dawson Coach Joe Peterson said, “Isaiah has had a good high school career and is ready to work hard to take the next step and play in college.  He has toughness and grit, but will need to work on his skills to make that jump effectively.”
