The DCC men’s basketball game vs. Sisseton Wahpeton on Saturday has been cancelled due to weather. The women’s game was cancelled earlier in the week. Athletic Director Joe Peterson commented, “Sisseton Wahpeton had to cancel because they couldn’t travel. Severe weather and road conditions in South Dakota and North Dakota made travel impossible.” The schools are trying to find a suitable date to re-schedule the game.
The Buccaneers next game will be on Monday when they welcome the 8th ranked team in the country, Otero Junior College. Game time is set for 6:00 pm.
