Dawson Community College Baseball is excited to add Preston Allmand to their roster for the Spring 2018 season.  Preston graduated from Brewer High School in Fort Worth, TX, where he played corner infield and led the team with a 0.428 batting average during his senior season.  Preston played baseball collegiately at Texas Wesleyan University and Frank Phillips College before transferring to Dawson CC.  “We were in need of a true corner infielder -- a guy who can play both first and third, as well as deliver at the plate,” says DCC Assistant Baseball Coach Aaron Leanhardt, “bringing in an experienced veteran like Preston to fill that need is a great addition to our program.”  When asked about his move to Montana, Preston explained, “I chose Dawson because I feel this program will help me get to the next level and fulfill my goals for the upcoming season.  I am blessed to be presented with this opportunity and I am looking forward to playing the spring season with this squad.”
