Another DCC pitcher will be moving on prior to the 2018 season. Right-handed pitcher Rees Lesoine (Florence, MT) has agreed to continue his academic and athletic career at Southern Vermont College (Bennington, VT) for the 2018 season. “Southern Vermont is getting a solid young man that will instantly have an impact on and off the field. I am beyond excited for Rees and the opportunity he has at SVC,” commented Bucs pitching coach Eric Kline. The Montana native went 0-1 while appearing in 4 games last year as a freshman for the Bucs. Southern Vermont College is located in Bennington, Vermont and is an NCAA Division III member school. They compete in the New England Collegiate Conference. Lesoine’s career for the Mountaineers will begin February 17th when they open their 2018 campaign against Maryville (TN).
